Straining and heavy breathing

Our little 2 year old serama hen has been straining a lot when she defecates which sometimes prolapses, her cloaca makes makes a lot of noise when she preens too . She'll start breathing heavily on occasion, usually I hear it when she's just hanging out on the couch or standing behind me.
other then that she's eating/drinking normally, and active.

Update:

It hasn't gotten any better, she's becoming listless, panting still, and her vents been dirty.

We did however wash the area and put lukewarm honey in to sooth whatever's going on, if anyone can is there more we should be doing?
