Strange baby chick

I got a polish bantam chick two days ago and whenever I put my hand in the brooder it will come running from wherever it is and stand by my hand and sometimes peck my hand a bit. Is this aggressive behavior or is it looking for attention? I've never had a chick do this I've been so confused for the past two days lol

It is normal, curious behavior. If it starts to hurt you, tap it lightly on the head, like a mama hen would to chastise it.
