Strange behavior of new chick

Sorry for my poor English iam not from English speaker countries, I have been hatching for several times now,but this time the chicks act like they are premature,others can't walk, look like one leg is disabled, also others die while struggling to get out,other eggs do not hatch what can be a problem?

No they stayed a little longer on incubator about one hour

you should of left them over night in incubator than put them under a heat lamp

When I left them on incubator it happens that other dies because of great heat in the incubator and the place I live there is hot

they have to be dry when taken out

Maybe there was bacteria in the incubator that made them sick and weak? Make sure to clean your incubator real good before trying to hatch another batch of eggs.
