Strange behaviour

I have two chickens and one of them has been doing this kind of spasm neck/head twitch for a few months now. I'm not sure what it is or why she is doing it but I'm a bit worried. Some days she doesn't seem to do it or at least not as much and others she does and it's like it's out of her control. I have checked for mites but can't see anything (we've had them before so I know we would have been over run with them by now if that's what it was) but i just don't know what it could be. The other chicken is perfectly fine and there doesn't seem to be any other symptoms. Can anyone help please?

My chickens jerk their necks all the time. They sometimes do it for minutes at a time. Its when they eat food too fast, then they have to get it all down. It hasn't caused a problem so far. Just make sure they have water.
