Strange best friends...pic overload

So I went and sat down outside like I do every morning, and my BC Maran pullet flies onto my shoulder. Next thing I know, our barn kitten climbs up there, too. So they are both trying to lay across my shoulders! I take the Maran down and put her in my lap. Not good enough! The kitten slides down my shoulders and curls up with the chicken!

Then, that wasn't good enough...the kitten flips on his back and snuggles up under the chicken, which is still passed out!

This was the cutest picture...the color is washed out, but the pullet has completely spread her wing over the kitten and only his head is peeking out!

Just had to share these! I thought it was just too sweet!

Thanks! It was sooo much cuter in person. He was even "making biscuits" under her wing and she was singing.
