Strange blister kinda looking things on egg?

Hi one my black rock (sex link) laid this egg this morning this first time looks like this kinda looks like little blister looking things any idea wat could cause this?

Nothing to worry about. Sometimes you can just rub that off with your thumb. Just very gently.
