Strange calcium deposit on egg shell

We have Ameracana's about a year old and recently have noticed that one or two of the hens have been laying eggs with calcium bumps on the shell. Is this normal? Could it be diet related? Or something else?

sometimes the deposit will brush off with the rub of a finger and other times it is stuck to the shell hard.
I noticed that one of my Americanas was doing the same thing. I supplement my six chickens with oyster shell, and the hen that gobbles the most of it up is the one laying her eggs with the extra calcium deposits. It isn't harmful to her or humans, but I will restrict her portions if possible.

I have one silkie that does this and all my other chickens (silkies and others) are normal egged despite access to the same food. I restricted supplemental calcium for all of them for a few days and my odd silkie laid a soft egg while the others stayed normal. I guess she just knows she needs excess calcium??

I have 2 that lay these kinds of eggs, but the shells are also very thin. In addition, one of the eggs is always covered in poop, so I really don’t think it’s harmless to them. I read somewhere about them not being able to properly absorb calcium and something else is needed, but I cannot recall what it was. That’s why I was reading this thread!

I wonder if it is breed specific? I have an ameraucana/easter egger who not only laid her first egg at roughly 45 weeks...in the dead of winter, but her eggs are doing the same thing. She is just a year old. Her hatchmate/sister/bff lays beautiful eggs. Wacky birds.
I have 20 hens, several breeds. One of my Americaunas lays the calcium eggs. Every egg. Every time. She’s the only one of my 20 hens to do this so I was also wondering if it was breed specific although my other Americauna does not do this. Interesting.
