Strange chick

I just got a three chicks. One, a little brown one is acting very strange. She wobbles back and forth, chirps very loudly and is constantly falling down, the biggest thing is her eyes are almost always closed and she stands in one place wobbling, chirping and falling down. The others run around, but not the other one. If you have any idea what is wrong with this one chick, let me know and if she will possibly get better.

Check her rump, see if she has pasty butt (poo covering her vent). If so, soak in warm water and clean as best you can without removing/pulling feathers if possible. If this is not the case I would give vitamins Polyvisol (without Iron), pedialite, or any chick vitamin if you have any.
