Strange chicken

My friend has this chicken. He says it is huge, haven’t layer any eggs and wonders why she had feathers on her legs. Can someone give me answers about this chicken?

Lots of breeds of chickens have feathered legs, including Brahmas, which is the breed of this bird. Brahmas are the second largest common breed of chicken, right behind Jersey Giants, which is why it is so big. It's not laying eggs because it is male.

First thing you need to do is clip its claws then make sure it gets enough sunlight in the winter, hope this helps with the egg toxicity levels

What? That wasn't what they asked at all.
None of that is accurate. The bird's claws are fine. And sunlight doesn't affect "egg toxicity levels" which aren't a thing. It will also never make any eggs because it's a boy.
