This evening my husband mentioned something that our cockeral seems to be chasing 4 of our pullets away from the rest of the flock. They are part of the newest members of the flock. There were six that were added two weeks ago, and two of the six have blended in just fine and he seems to not have an issue with them. This just seems odd to me. The girls are all roughly 21 weeks old and he's roughly 24 weeks old. Thoughts anybody?

Most likely still working out pecking order. If he gets over violent, doesn't let them eat then you should be more concerned. It likely will pass in a few weeks.

Put a couple extra feeders and waterers out so the others can eat.

They are newcomers and are still working out the pecking order it will pass eventually.

If he gets aggressive to a point of drawing blood separate him.

He's still young and has no clue about his role, as yet. Be prepared to separate him, as suggested above until he matures a little more. Once the new girls begin laying, they will become more established within the existing flock and should be a source of "attraction" to your cockerel - he'll be chasing them with other things on his mind by then ;)
