Question... We have 9 Brown Leghorn pullets... they are about 5 months old... Yesterday they all looked fine, running around the coop. Today, I found 1 still alive but the bottom half of her was almost paralyzed. Her feet looked like a paralysis set in and she had labored breathing. All of a sudden she went into a convulsion, her eyes closed, and a light brown liquid almost like watery feed came out of her mouth and eyes. She died. It was very strange... almost like she had a stroke and then a heart attack. Her comb was purple(ish). Does anyone know what this is? Could this hurt the rest of my flock? In the coop, we have 9 Orpingtons and now 9 Brown Leghorns. Mama Jo
