Strange duck egg laying

My cayuga laid her first, or at least the one I found, egg two weeks ago. Since then - nothing. What could be the problem?

I searched everywhere in the duck pen, no eggs hidden.

It seems to me that most birds take a few weeks at least to get everything moving..
