strange egg...with picture

this is a chicken egg I collected yesterday...
I posted this in the chicken section but I normally do most of my post here regarding my guineas...
but an egg is an egg is an egg...or is it?

looks like it has 'veins' on the outer shell and on the smaller end of the egg it reminds me of a 'rose bud'..

anyone ever get an egg like this??

as I said in my other post my thought is 'it was sent from heaven from my son who was just killed March 5th'...


has anyone seen an egg 'veined up' like this??

That's a pretty unique egg! I've had my Guineas lay some odd wrinkled eggs before, but nothing that extreme. And the small end does look like a rosebud!

I'm so so sorry to hear about the loss of your son...

Save that egg somehow!

it's going to take some time...his wife is coming to pick up 6 guineas
for them.....the 2 blues,the lavender and the 3 pearl greys....I had introduced them to chickens
and now his wife and family want guineas too since it was something Adam wanted...
