strange egg

Anyone ever get an egg like this? Or know why my hen would be laying eggs like this? Its wrinkled, but the shell is hard, actually it seems thicker than normal.

I get one every day, they are normal size and normal inside. It looks like it needs to be ironed!

Blow it out and keep it, that's an awesome egg... Maybe she was cramped?? Tell her to not "get her knickers in a knot"...

I guess it might be from one of my older girls. She lays one just about everyday, there is no shortage of them that is for sure. Its always in the same nest. So pretty sure its the same hen.
Otherwise they say stress can cause it. I wonder if having a hen sit on you while you lay your egg is stressfull. They won't use an empty nest box, they have to find one with a hen already in it.
