Strange egg

I have Bantums right now which I love and are so friendly but I found an egg with a rubber like shell, what's that mean?

Sometimes chickens just do that. I have gotten eggs like that before as well. It doesn't really mean anything, its just an egg without a shell.

Have your bantams recently started laying? If so that is very common.
If they are older then it can indicate stress or dietary deficiency.

Yes they have just started laying in the last 2-3 weeks. Just freaked me out lol

It does happen occasionally for no apparent reason, but make sure they have free-choice oyster shell available so that they get enough calcium to make the shell.
