Strange eyes

One of my fairly new silkies has very strange eyes ,its fit and healthy but I wondered if it was something to worry about

Does the pupil react to light; as in widen with light and narrow when the light source is removed? If so I would just think that it's pupil color and not an issue.

I am not sure the birds are a bit skittish at the moment ,but it doesnt seem to have any vision issues even at dusk , this was one afternoon indoors
