Strange Feathers

First any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Second, they are not molting 2 of the girls are 7 months old, the other is 3. Yes, they are laying and happy. I noticed last week their feathers in back seem weird. They are not getting any better, in fact they seem to be getting worse. Any ideas? I have 7 other girls and they don’t have this.

Do you have any roosters? I dont think they look like its anything bad. If they have a roo they might be getting fertalized a lot, or it may be something lacking in their diet? Im not an expert but my roosters neck looked weird after he didnt get enough protein.
