Strange growth /injury to earlobe

This is my Easter egger. She’s about 6-7 months old . I just noticed she has this strange abscess or lump on her ear love . Any ideas what it could be ?

Can you look into the ear canal for any gunk or mites using a QTip and some hydrogen peroxide? It might be a scrape from an injury or from scratching an itchy ear.
