Strange Happenings

It is day 22 and just the one chick (on the 20th day). Lucy is still sitting on 9 eggs. One is moving and another is peeping quietly. I'm may let her sit for two or three more days if she doesn't give up sooner.
I understand that different breeds may hatch later than others?
The one that hatched is an ameraucana and very active. There are two more ameraucana eggs, one marans, two langshan/favorelle mix, and the remaining 4 are orpington. She started with 12 eggs. One burst and she ate another the first week. I didn't candle.
I'm wondering if they haven't hatched because I got her off the nest for a few minutes on her 19th day?
I'm in Texas and the temp has been 88 to 92 every day & humidity reasonable (for us) at around 50 to 60%. Today it rained hard and temp is somewhat lower but humidity is high .
I don't want lucy's health compromised. How long should I reasonably let her sit? She is very good with the lone chick. She is sitting on eggs but can reach water and feed. She keeps her chick close. The kennel is very large & closed off from the other hens. She did soil the nest today but it wasn't too hard to clean up and didn't get on chick or eggs.
Should I just let her decide when to stop sitting?

All eggs were placed under her on 4/28. Some were gathered on 4/26 & the rest were a week to 2 weeks old.

No, I didn't. I decided lucy would know best. I'm going to let her sit for another day, then I will use a stethoscope to listen for signs of life. I'm happy with one if that's all we get.

Another baby today! This one is a marans. Lucy is still sitting on 8 eggs. She pooped a huge amount in the box. I cleaned the bedding, but I'm not sure whether to clean the eggs. I wiped them off with warm, damp paper towels.
Does anyone know whether it is best to clean the eggs or leave them be?

Hard call.
Does she have feed and water in the nest, best to leave it out of nest.
They usually empty their bowels then sit tight, not eating or drinking, the last few days.

She does have food and water. I encouraged her to drink because it is so hot here and her comb was almost white. She looks so much better now. Her nest is enclosed in an extra large kennel inside the run. She is teaching the chicks to eat & drink while still sitting.
