Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.

I had a chick hatch 2 weeks ago that seemed normal. About 3 days later she developed what appeared to be splay leg. We tried treating her for that but it didnt help. Did some more research and found out she actually had a slipped tendon. We've had her in a chick chair and her legs wrapped but its not helping. When we set her on the ground her good leg will seem to pop backwards. Is there anything I can do for her or is se a lost cause? I will try to post a picture tomorrow.
