Hello!
First of all, sorry if I didn't put the topic in the right section.
This time I have doubts related to some egg yolks that in my opinion look strange.
The yolk has more white membrane, which I thought is the chalaza and the albumen is kind of blurry. Also, as you can see in the photos below, the yolk separated from the albumen, which I know it as a bad sign. This is the second egg like this in 2 weeks and is fresh, just 4 days old. In the second photo,the signs are more clear.
I'm a bit concerned, mostly because I sell eggs in the area (a small, neighbourhood "bussiness") and, even this have never happened before and everybody saw that they are high quality, right now I'm afraid they may find such ones which wouldn't be fine at all.
The eggs are from a some 5 years old Isa Brown.
Any ideas if that egg is ok? Thank you.
