Strange looking liver

Hi, I butchered a couple of two year old hens and their livers looked really weird. I have another two year old hen now who is having egg shell issues. I do everything by the book: layer pellets, oyster shells, pasture. I have tried looking up liver disease in chickens but nada. I am going to start mixingy own fancy food and raising mealworms I think. I am thinking maybe it is the commercial feed, which let's face it, has the cheapest stuff they can get in it, right? Anyone have any thoughts?
