Strange Polish... I'm not sure it's normal?

Hi! I'm new here and new to chicken keeping and I'm officially obsessed with them... I ordered 16 mixed flock chicks (2 didnt make through the 2nd day- one polish, one sussex), remaining 14 have all seemed very health and lively. However, the remaining buff laced polish is significantly smaller than all the others and refuses to leave the coop (even when I've tried to bribe it outside with cottage cheese). She sleeps in the corner most of the time, but I have seen her perched with the others, and pretty much hangs out with her face pressed against the wall.
She is very friendly though and loves to hang out perched on my husband's arm. She appears to be drinking normally, poo is no different than all the others, eats the chicken feed but rarely tries treats. She does also seem a bit dishevelled compared to the others but she is also the only mostly white one. Can't tell if the buff coloring is coming through for if she's just dirty. She also sleeps more than everyone else but seems relatively active and alert when she's up and about though seems a bit confused about life in general.
I've read about trimming the head feathers but can clearly see her eyes if I get down on "chicken level" and not really sure when it's appropriate to start trimming.
She doesn't seem to be picked on by the others and one of the Black Stars is her buddy and they hang out together most of the time.
I'm mostly concerned about her size and lack of interest in the outdoors. Not sure if this is valid or if I'm just being paranoid?
Coop is in a fenced enclosure, mini-run (large dog collapsible pen) is set up inside that joined to the chicken door with bird netting over the top. I have not let them free range just yet as they would make a great snack for the local residents.
They are 8 weeks old.
Any advise is appreciated.
Thanks!!!

Is her vision obscured? Polish can be odd birds in general. Sometimes a single polish will get pecked in the crest so keep an eye out for that. Sometimes a peck to the crest can cause brain injuries. They do best in groups of other polish. Mine always travel together.
