She may be hot.

Not sure what's going on with the legs and why she would be pecking at them.
What do you normally feed including treats?

I'd get some poultry vitamins into her, 1 Calcium Citrate tablet, then plain cool water. See that she's eating her normal feed.
The poop's not quite right. Is her crop emptying overnight?

Has she ever been wormed?

She’s definitely not hot. It’s a cool day here and she’s just gasping for breath. Breathing very heavy. She’s been eating all flock the last month or so. She’s not eating anymore and her crop is empty. Never been wormed

Will she eat scrambled eggs or Greek yogurt? Sugar water? Those foods may prove tempting and sugar water could provide her with some quick energy...

If you are at all able to post a video, it may help the experts to better pinpoint what's going on with your gal. I'm sorry she is having a hard time
