stray dog attacked my hens in the burbs

My three RIR were attacked yesterday in our yard by a stray dog. My daughter sent our dog out and chased him up the street, but we can't find one of the hens; the other two ended up back in the coop. Its been that sweltering heat and one of them must've had a bite of somekind, because we have a clump of feathers.
This morning, I couldn't get them to come out of the coop - so I fed them in there and left the door open. The eventually came out, but just seem a mess.
I'm concerned about their health due to the stress and the heat. Any suggestions?

Maybe you can put some vitamins/electrolite powder in their drinking water? Offer them some nice cool cucumbers cut down the middle or a watermelon wedge?

That might help them forget about their attack yesterday......Maybe you can just spend some time with them and talk to them.......That will make them feel better.....
