Stray dog

We took the dog that showed up at our back door last night to the Humane Society to day. A German Shorthair and chickens do not match.

Good idea. I hate doing it, but I already have 3 big dogs who are not to be trusted with chickens. Any stray shows up, I try to find owner, if owner is a no-show, I take them in to the shelter. We have to draw the line somewhere! Naturally, I make a hefty donation to the shelter every year! (Guilt appeasement.)
