Stray rooster and hens

So I had a rooster but I noticed he was cutting into my hens with his talons. I decided I didn’t need a rooster. Well ever since I re homed him a stray rooster or a neighbors has shown up along with two hens. At first they were on the other side of the fence but somehow every morning I wake up and he’s IN my back yard. every Night he tries to convince my hens to follow him home. So what do I do? Also one of the hens that followed him have a weird beak problem I don’t know if it’s a birth defect or something else. The other hen is in the background with the rooster not the with one

Their beaks look to have been clipped. It's a human caused defect where the beak is removed to help prevent cannibalism and bullying in super crowded conditions

Yeah I found out she’s pretty aggressive she bit me in the face lol.

Odds are that those birds were kept in tight quarters. I would be wart about them having access to your birds due to temperament and diseases

I’ve tried chasing them off a couple of times but every morning they are back! I don’t know what to do.

Sounds to me like they don't have a home - maybe dropped off. (Or else they like your place better than the home they have.) If you've asked neighbors and no one claims them, can you call your local humane society to come get them? Ours occasionally has chickens, but I'm not sure they all do.
