Ravenflame licked his chin. She was still surprised that a cat like him would even look at a cat like her, much less talk, and then even want to be mates with her.

Thunderheart smiled brightly at her.

Patches purred for a short while while they were walking, but fell dead silent as he followed Miststar into camp.

Leafgaze sat right outside her den. Miststar smiled. "That's the nursery over there, the warrior's den, the apprentice's den, the healer den, the leader's den, the elder's den, and the fresh kill pile" she said, pointing to each place with her tail. "The empty dens are the places new cats stay before they are assigned ranks and things like that"
