Hi,
Since my quail have started laying I have been trying to make them into necklaces so I can hopefully sell them in the future. The one problem I have is making them strong enough to wear without worrying about them breaking if they fall. I have tried several different things to make them stronger like filling them with plaster---too heavy and way too difficult to get into the little hole, painting them with multiple layers of mod podge on the inside and outside then covering it with nail polish---still too fragile, and I dont want to use resin since it is very toxic, but does anyone have experience with strengthening blown eggs, like pysanky? I want them to be able to survive a 4ft drop. Any tips or tricks? I will attach some pictures of necklaces I already made.
