Id use a stretcher bar weave the bar through the chicken wire and now you have something substantial to pull on use a couple of hooks or clips on the bar and pull it with a rope or come along. It wont take as much stretching as say Chainlink will because its very light weight. Also chicken wire because of its nature will always give a little so no matter how much you stretch it it can and will loosen. Good luck.
