Anna folded her arms and looked at Kane, waiting for an explanation.

Kane sighed and gestured to some logs "Alright, fine. break time anyway." He said and took off his bag, setting it against a log and starting to pace
Anna watched him a moment longer then took off her bag and sat down.
(So, how do they get powers?)

(When they were born a machine gave them powers, but it also killed thousands of them.)
 
"When we were born, we were put in a machine that gave us our powers. Mom and Dad found out about it and took us away. Hiding us from whoever it is, and changing their names." Kane said

Kane looked to her "Really? they didn't know that part."
Anna stared at Kane, speechless for a moment, then "Wait, so this guy goes around killing babies, and giving others powers, and nobody has tried to stop him?"

"He has Anastasia's sister, who has powers, and I think he has more. He wishes to start an army." Triss said.
