At least, I think it is. I hope it is! I had a kiddie pool with shallow water to help them keep cool but they were less than interested, so I dumped it. We had tons of rain and the spilled food from the hanging feeder started getting moldy and that won’t do so I drug the now dry pool under it. It’s just big enough they can reach the feeder from the sides of the pool, not so big they stand in the pool, and with a little weight to keep them from tipping it, it’s collected all the food that they knock out of the feeder! I can weed out bits of grass and feathers, scoop up the perfectly clean and dry food, and back into the feeder it goes. 
Was so excited by the success I forgot to take a good pic before the mosquitoes ran me back in.
