Strombergs experience?

Stromberg's isn’t even a hatchery, they buy and sell chicks. I learned the hard way. There is a hatchery here in NM that has poor breeding. I had got some sex-links and whit legions from them. My white legions are all dying from eggs bound. Problem is they have been breed to small 1.5 to 3 pounds full grown, should be 4-4 1/2. They’re not able to lay ex-large eggs because of their size. I refuse to buy from them (Privett hatchery) because what they’re doing is cruel to the chickens. I open my new chicks I got from Stromberg's only to learn they had been shipped from Privetts Hatchery, I'm just sick about how they deceived me, and now I have to watch more chickens die. My advice is to check-out the hatchery before you buy. We raise our own but needed to get a jump on laying hens as our egg business is thriving, very sorry we didnt do our homework.

I ordered 30 straight run bantams a month ago from Strombergs. I got 42 in the shipment. I have not lost a single bird. They all are feathering out pretty nicely as well. I would recommend them and will order from them in the future.

Can anyone tell me if kemp's koop's in Eugene, Oregon is a business that actually exists? Is there an actual outlet store there, where one can buy their products. I have been emailing them for weeks now and no one has returned my email.
