Struggling chick - need advice

Yesterday about 12 hrs ago we had a chick hatch. Had blood in egg and is very lethargic and can’t walk. Others were pecking at it so I opened up the incubator and took all the others out. Woke up this morning it’s still just laying there and moving a little. One of feet looks bunched and one leg is facing back. I have 3 more hatching. What can I do

Try and get some B12 or sugar water into it. The curled foot can be addressed later, but if the baby is super lethargic, that can be dangerous.
