Struggling to figure out what is making my chickens sick?

I own a small flock of pekin bantams, currently 3 years old. The other night when I was locking up their coop I noticed one of them was breathing as if her nose was blocked. She was fairly pale in the face at the time but it has since fluctuated. I have been keeping a close eye on her and she seems to be eating and drinking fine and she is still active. Then I noticed nasal discharge (potentially some dried blood in there) and some slight swelling in the face in another one of my chickens, she is eating and drinking perfectly fine as well. The laboured breathing is mostly only audible at night when I come check on them. Some sneezing and gaping present. Faeces is perfectly fine. I suspect some kind of respiratory illness but can not rule any out. Any help would be appreciated!!

Welcome to BYC

Can you post photos of your hens and their faces?

Have you added any new birds to your flock recently?

Sorry these pictures are the best I can do she never keeps her head still even for a second... 😅

No, I haven't introduced any new chickens to the flock at all. I've had all of them for years now.
She is the only chicken experiencing any facial swelling at the moment but they are all under some form of respiratory distress.
