Struggling to pip or just shadowing?

My quail eggs are on day 17, one of them seems to be bouncing against the air cell (best way I can describe it) for the last 24 hours, but I’m not seeing a triangle shape, it’s a quick bounce in and out then happens again a second later. Is he struggling to pip? Or am I just seeing shadowing?
I’ve tried to screenshot from video to show when not bounced in vs when he is until I figure out how to upload the video somewhere and back here.

I’m a bit concerned about these guys, while they do seem developed this is the only one im seeing anything happening in, one other I may have seen a bit of shadowing but not 100% sure.

As long as it's moving, you're good. It sounds like your temperature may have been a bit low. This results in a late hatch.

Just to update- The little one has since made an external pip.
I have one chick out without any notice, he decided to get everything over and done with very quickly.
