Stubborn feathers

Hello, I recently butchered a mean rooster of mine, he was about a year old.

I dipped him in the near boiling water and got out most of his feathers, but he still has a few stubborn little hairs and tiny feathers, if i sat and plucked them it would take forever. He has been frozen until further notice. Any ideas ?

unless your going to eat the skin I wouldn't worry about it.

I'm not sure I know how to skin a bird after I already plucked it. He's probably gonna be a stew bird or BBQ
