Not applicable! The house is wired for it but we won't instal it.

Apart from the nuisance of cleaning routines, a/c dehydrates and that's a serious health risk here. It is that to which I referred. Why seal your house so that you can use a/c when there's fresh air available from outside?

In our case, because of my mother and sister's health issues, the Alabama swamp heat and humidity is very bad for them, so we have to use AC. I could live without it and I have lived without it for years. We all have before their health went down hill.

Stucco? Huh. That is what it is called. I hate it! Blech! It annoys me so much. When I was little the house we lived in, I would think to myself. I wanted to scrape the ceiling....

Here is a rant for you!

I HATE hate laminate flooring. It was already in the house, when we bought it. I want to rip the floors up. I DO NOT recommend laminate flooring at all for dogs, especially if it isn't sealed right. I want tile so bad.
