So this is the first hatch we've done and seem to have a stuck chick. They started hatching yesterday which is right on time but there is one that has been trying to hatch for almost 24 hours. My temperature and humidity is just right and all of the others (12 others) have hatched no problem. This one just seems to be having trouble breaking out of the egg. The beak is sticking out and we can see it breathing. Should I intervene and try to help or just hope it can get out? I'm just nervous because it's taking this one so long.

So you cant see the membrane . If it doesnt start zipping soon you may need to assist. If you can see the membrane or reach it put some coconut oil or triple antibiotic on the membrane keeping away from the beak

I can see the membrane but it hasn't zippered all the way around. It does look dry though.
