Stuck chick?

This chick pipped and what looks like started zipping yesterday and hasn't made much if any progress. I have already gone in and picked some bits of shell off and cut back a little of the membrane to try and help it out but don't want to interfere too much. Does anyone know by looking at the what might be going on?

I do have some coconut oil

smear some on the membrane with a q tip. Avoid the face .
