Baby still alive and moving but no progress for 8ish hours. What should be done at this point? Two fluffy chicks walking around in the incubator, 2 eggs haven't pipped. Day 22.

If you have none pain Relieving Triple Antibiotic ointment, or petroleum Jelly you can apply some to the chick's membranes to moisten, & slicken the chick so it can hatch properly. If needed, you can assist by removing shell, & membrane(Following the zip), but let the chick do the rest at the halfway point.

So it's ok to open the incubator if I choose to do so?

Read and did the super warm water spray. Helped a little. Increased the humidity. Eventually, had to crack the egg carefully around bc there was air space between the shell and sac.
Thankfully, it survived.

Yes you can. Shrink wrapping doesn't happen immediately when opening the incubator. That's a myth. It only happens when your incubator humidity drops to almost no water in a 12 - 24hr period, dehydrating the eggs.
