Stuck duckling

Hello BYC! So I have hatched five calls. One of them is not hatching though. Inside of the egg is very goopy. I thought I might need to help it and every time I try I hit a vein. I’m very concerned because hatch day was yesterday and all of the other chicks hatched. What should I do?

Would be very, very appreciated!

I left one of my ducklings in there to hopefully encourage him.
