Update: He's recovered just fine. Walking around peckin' at anything that moves. Both feet are working correctly now. He's currently in the food dish, I think he's guarding it.

Got another egg that's cracked open, no sign of movement but I believe I've heard him calling from within the egg.

in a few days you will not be able to tell him from another..

unless he is white and the other is black,,,,
