They are just a Barred Rock chicken. Stukel is the last name of a man in Arizona who raises very lovely Barred Rock chickens - he breeds them. Basically, they are just Barred Rock chickens - a pure breed of chickens.

The breed is Barred Rocks. Stukel is the breeder who has worked hard to achieve such beautiful birds.
