"Stuff" in the Orphington's eggs

Ever since my Buff Orphington started laying, she's had the stuff you see in the photo in her eggs. Most of the time it's just a little reddish brown dot, but as you can see, there is some extra stuff from time to time. Is this normal or of any concern?

Looks like a blood spot to me. Pretty normal stuff for hens just starting to lay.
