Please help!
My 13wk old blue rock had what I thought was sour crop starting about two weeks ago. Suddenly she's barely able to walk.
Her vent is a mess and her crop is swollen in the morning, but she's had no injury.
Thank you!

Are you familiar with Marek's disease? This is how it looked for my hen. A slow paralysis.
I'm not saying this is what your hen has, but I'd say it's possibility. Even if she was vaccinated against it. What led you to think she had a sour crop? Perhaps check for everything else you can. Have you wormed lately?

I'm super new to keeping chickens, but she is my greediest bird- always the first to grab a bug, and would wait at the coop door for treats.
A couple of weeks ago, I noticed her crop didn't seem to empty like the others. I tried taking her off food for a day, and I tried emptying her crop (nothing came out). Sometime last week I noticed it seemed normal and figured it had passed.
A few days ago, the swollen crop came back, then 2? Days ago she started limping. Yesterday, she could barely walk, so I checked her over and found what I think were lice and treated her and the coop with FSL. She was lethargic last night so I gave her water with a little raw honey and salt with a dropper.
This morning I didn't see any live lice, and she seemed a little more perky but definitely weaker.

I gave them half a butternut squash for worms a few days ago. They were not vaccinated but were on medicated feed until around 8 weeks.

Sorry, what is FSL?
And if you're new to chickens I'd put worms lower on the list. Usually it's a problem that builds after chickens defecate and live in the same area over much time. But not impossible. FYI, if you're thinking the squash seeds will paralyze worms, your chickens will never eat enough to have any effect, but if there's a scientific study I'd love to see it.
I digress.
I'm going to leave Marek's on the table.
It could be a nutritional imbalance due to malabsorption or internal infection. At this point I'll call for help.

Update: there was blood and dead worms in her stool, so I feel like I finally have a direction to pursue!
She still has total head and neck control and was scratching around for food.
Crop still swollen.

Your chicken is still very sick. You need to treat the worms ASAP. I use valbazen, It's a little pricey but broad spectrum. With this there is an egg withdrawal. Best of luck to you!
