I posted about my rooster last week sometime talking about a possible leg injury. We was weak in one leg and I thought sprain bc he was walking fine but one leg just let out here and there and he stumbled. So I seperated so he can heal.
Well, now he's not able to hold any balance, refuses to eat unless it's dumor 5 scratch grains (hes picking mainly the corn out) and it's just a little at a time. I noticed today his poop is bright green too. (If u need a photo I will send)
They recently were treated for coccidiosis and all are still in treatment (the 5-7 days preventative dose) except him. I thought possible vitamin deficiency bc I've had to treat them twice in the last month because one hen died due to her hiding from everyone and not drinking the medicated water like I thought she did. (All are medicated correctly now)
Any opinions or expertise are welcome bc I have gotten attached to this guy! Why is it always the ones we like the most?!? 😭

What is his normal diet? What exactly is the medicated water? when you did you start your different treatments, and what we're they? don't give him anymore scratch, try tuna, wet cat food, canned chicken, etc something with protein. His poop are green because he's not eating.

Okay I have tuna so I will try that!
The medicated water is Corrid. We started this round a week ago today. The other medication round was about 2- 3 weeks prior to this.
His normal diet is just store bought feed. Usually an all flock or high protein feed with around 10-15% scratch mixed in.

Ok, that seems alright.
I might want to start him on vitamin therapy just in case it vitamin deficiency, but after the you're done with the corid.
400 i.u vitamin E gelcap and about 1/2 of a b complex tablet every day for a week or so. Just pop it into his mouth and he'll swallow it.
