Cochin would make sense. I’ve had some people say it looks like it might be a frizzle also. I’m not really seeing that but not sure. What do you all think?

Looks more messy than frizzled.

I think only a week or two old at this point. Should become pretty obvious soon.

Might be a frizzle, feather look like my little Roo when he what couple weeks old

I'm not seeing frizzle but, if it is - usually starts with upturned feathers at wing tips.
Whether it is or not, it's a beautiful cochin.
