Ochochicas, Ivermectin is not effective for any ectoparasites or endoparasites which plague poultry. Knemidocoptes mites don't even reach the bloodstream and only burrow in skin. You can treat the mites with ivermectin, but it will not kill internal parasites. If there is something less expensive you should try that first.

I dewormed my chickens with safegard goat dewormer. I put 1 ml on pieces of bread and the chickens gobbled it up. I only had one rooster that didn't want to eat the bread, but he was a jerk and knew I hated him... probably thought it was poison. I did this for 5 days and the chickens ate the bread up like it was candy.
You should be able to get a bag of Corid for about $8. Check into ordering it online. I love my local feed store, but some of their prices are outrageous.
Be sure you don't give the corid at the same time as the vitamins. The vitamins will make the corid ineffective.
It is up to you if you want to cull and start over. It is frustrating having sick chickens. I usually give mine a week and if they don't show any improvement (or if they are losing a lot of weight) I cull them. It isn't because I don't want to treat them, but rather it seems unfair to keep them suffering if they aren't going to get better. On a better note, think about everything you are learning! Chickens are surprising fragile, but they are also an educational experience (whether you were ready for it or not.)![]()
