Stunted chick leg

Shes about 7 weeks old is a quarter of the size of her "sisters". Shes never really liked to walk when they go outside. She kind of skitters and flys to get to the other girls. Well i looked at her legs and cuz of her not standing and walking like the rest her leg bones look like it may be twisting. I want to splint them and tape across to force her to start walking right but want opinions from others first. She probably wont be going to the coop with the others cuz of how small she is. Want her a bigger before she goes out.

Have you tried getting her a wheelchair it sounds silly but they work i have a similar problem with my bird it recently twisted its leg after being born unable to walk poor thing i hope yours gets better try feeding it incects to fatten it up they usually hide under rocks and come out when it rains vegetables fruit even grass will be good for her good luck!
